The Clarks have owned and operated Sonic restaurants since the 1980s, and have been influential operators in the Sonic system for decades. We were honored to be selected as their exclusive advisor as they contemplated their options for the downsizing of their Sonic holdings. During this process, we assisted with the marketing of Encore’s stores, the negotiation & structuring of key terms, and the coordination and execution of close. Dennis & Linda were an exceptionally well-organized group and a pleasure to work with throughout the process! We wish them the best of luck with their remaining Sonics and in all of their other ongoing endeavors.
